PDX Pet Photographer Captures End of Life Moments

Kristin Zabawa, a local PDX photographer, captures photography of humans and animals when they’re near the end of their life. These are precious moments.”Soul to soul” photo sessions are what she calls them on her crowdfunding page. The photos are beautiful. I’ve worked with some wonderful photographers over the years including Amanda Jones that took images of the boys and local photographer, Four Legged Photos. I think the idea of having photos taken when the end is near is a gift and captures the moments that will live on forever and be etched in your mind years after your sweet animal passes on. I have two beautiful photos framed in my home of our dog, Sandola, that passed away years ago and every time I see it I smile and think of some great hike we went on — I love these pictures of her.
